The Wrap

Ghost hunters, take note: Wildwood bans after-hours visits to Zombie Road, and Mayor Joe Garritano says people who go at night meet police officers instead. Zombie Road is the name used for Rock Hollow Trail, a paved 2.3-mile path in the Great Rivers Greenway network. It started in the late 1860s as a dirt road called Lawler Ford and has been Zombie Road since the 1950s. Go during open hours, and bring a rain jacket: showers are likely today.
