  • Yesterday, a surge of courthouse weddings lit up St. Louis County as Judge Justin W. Ruth married 15 couples—some, like Dion and Kanisha Armstrong, who met online, chose to tie the knot ahead of Thanksgiving to surprise their families.  First Alert 4

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Planning Commission recommended rezoning Westland Acres, a historic African American neighborhood on the border of Chesterfield and Wildwood, to allow 50 single-family homes while addressing environmental concerns—measures include stormwater management, erosion control and road improvements. The proposal by Provision Land Development received a close vote and will go before City Council next for further review.  West Newsmagazine
