- ➤ Students from the Center of Indian Cultural Education — Bal Vihar in St. Louis visited the Buddha Temple of St. Louis to learn about Buddhist teachings through a prayer service, a lecture on Siddhartha Gautama, and a question-and-answer session with the temple's spiritual leader. The trip is part of an interfaith effort to help youth understand shared values like compassion, respect, and peace. West Newsmagazine

- ➤ Hunters in St. Louis County must drop off deer samples for testing (CWD) at designated sites as the MDC works to monitor a fatal protein disease. Freezers in St. Louis and St. Charles counties will not be available today and tomorrow, so hunters should plan their drop-offs accordingly. First Alert 4
