- ➤ Parkway School District told families it will lose $2.4M in revenue and $375,000 in bond funding next school year due to the Senior Citizen Property Tax Freeze, and the district said it can avoid staff cuts by using its balanced budget and strong fund balance. Rockwood School District also reported a revenue drop of over $4M from credits given to 10,256 homes — prompting both districts to form task forces to manage the shortfall. First Alert 4
