- ➤ Chesterfield Regional Chamber will host its 24th Annual Gumbo Flats Pumpkin Run on Saturday, Oct.18 at Chesterfield Town Centre—at the corner of Long Road and Edison Avenue—where participants can run a 5K, 10K or Children's Fun Run and receive a long-sleeve tek shirt, swag bag and bib. Entry fees are $40 for the 5K and 10K when signed up early, $45 on race day and $15 for the Children's Fun Run, with race packets available on Oct.16 and Oct.17. West Newsmagazine
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Missouri’s Department of Commerce and Insurance issued a stern warning to insurers that—effective today—they must not cancel or non-renew policies for homes damaged by storms while repairs are ongoing. The bulletin applies to all residential policies affected by storms after March 1 and gives homeowners more time to complete repairs. First Alert 4
