🏥 Health
Residents in West County noticed yellow-tinted tap water on Wednesday night and remain concerned after Missouri American Water said the discoloration is due to heavy rains, added that the water is safe to drink (with no boil water advisory) and did not provide a timeline for returning to normal.
📰 Real Estate
Tristar Real Estate Acquisitions updated downtown plans to have 87 single-family villas on Lot 3B instead of 105 multifamily rental units.
The Planning Commission approved the changes on Sept. 14 and City Council confirmed them on Oct. 5 (the developer will close on the property soon and plans a winter groundbreaking).
