- ➤ St. Louis County is keeping three offices open longer starting Monday to help seniors complete tax freeze applications—offices will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the last walk-in at 4 p.m., and reminder postcards will be sent to seniors with incomplete forms that must be finished by September 30 to set 2024 as the tax freeze base year.
