🚨 Crime
Chesterfield police charged 35-year-old Devito with serious physical injury, driving while intoxicated, and leaving the scene after he hit a 9-year-old boy near a school bus at 1965 Schoettler Road at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday—Devito admitted he had smoked more than normal.
