The Missouri Department of Transportation is hosting a live chat for residents to ask about highway construction and traffic lights — experts from St. Louis, St. Charles, and St. Louis City will address the questions online.
City officials discussed buying a 95,000-square-foot office building and parking garage — proposed for $17.3 million — near Central Park to ease parking for amphitheater events, with some council members opposing the move over market risks and lack of citizen input.
A second vote on the purchase is set for Aug. 12 at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
