- ➤ Chesterfield Cares Tornado Relief Drive took place Friday until 3 p.m. and is held today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The District in Chesterfield Valley — 17057 N Outer 40 Road — to collect food, hygiene items, and tools for families affected by recent tornadoes. First Alert 4
- ➤ On June 12, St. Louis County Pet Adoption Center expanded its foster program to the public after a successful pilot during a parvovirus outbreak—foster care will help lower shelter crowding and give vulnerable pets a safe temporary home. The shelter is also preparing for a new state inspection after recent license rejections, and interested providers can apply soon. West Newsmagazine

- ➤ Employee survey firm Energage partnered with the Post-Dispatch for the 14th time to honor top workplaces in Greater St. Louis — using a 25-question survey on pay, benefits, leadership and work conditions. - ➤ St. Louis County residents 62 and older must apply by June 30 for a tax freeze that stops any increase after 2024; applications can be submitted online or in person at scheduled events (South County Government Center: 4554 Lemay Ferry Road and North County Government Center: 715 Northwest Plaza Drive) with the required proof of identity and property ownership.
