  • Eligible St. Louis County seniors must apply online for the Senior Property Tax Freeze program by June 30 as in-person appointments are full. New applications can be submitted at Saturday events on June 21 at South County Government Center (4554 Lemay Ferry Road) and on June 28 at North County Government Center (715 Northwest Plaza Drive) with final approvals issued after the County Assessor posts the new construction list on July 1.  West Newsmagazine
