  • Lanter Delivery Systems promoted Troy Narron to president and chief operations officer, Jason Welker to vice president of finance, and added Stephen Nolan as chief financial officer while former CFO Chris Baer became chief strategy, mergers and acquisitions officer, and Child Care Aware of Missouri promoted Beth Ann Lang to deputy chief executive officer after 24 years. Gray Design in Clayton promoted Melody Cooper and Laurie Williams to principals and Lexie Fallert to project manager—Stephens College also named Lisa Brescia interim dean of the Conservatory for the Performing Arts.  St. Louis Post-Dispatch

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Veterinary director Doug Pernikoff quit the St. Louis County animal shelter after a parvovirus outbreak led to the euthanizing of 19 dogs. He said he was too old to fight—leaving the shelter to reopen in a few days with other veterinarians on staff.  St. Louis Post-Dispatch
