- ➤ Dominque Howard filed suit in county court Thursday against former officer James Sims seeking over $25,000 for assault and battery—false imprisonment and emotional distress after Sims allegedly allowed his brother to beat him while handcuffed and chased him into a store. St. Louis Post-Dispatch
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ For 49 years, the Queeny Art Fair has showcased local art and is taking place through this weekend at Greensfelder Rec Center at 550 Weidman Road in West St. Louis County. Admission is $10 (students under 18 enter free) and live music will be featured on Friday and Saturday. First Alert 4

- ➤ On Tuesday, April 8, elections for the Board of Education will be held with Sarah Boyer and Dr. Mara Vorachek-Warren running for the two available seats.
