- ➤ A missing child was reported missing at 9:30 p.m. last night and was found unresponsive in the lower pond at Vlasis Park nearly 15 minutes later — the child was rushed to a hospital and remains in unknown condition. First Alert 4

- ➤ Former radio broadcaster Frank Absher was given a proclamation from the Missouri House of Representatives—honoring his work saving St. Louis media history—and he founded the St. Louis Media History Foundation that keeps old recordings at a local university—adding to state and national archives. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin met with ag workers on Tuesday and explained plans for a review of the Waters of the United States definition — a move intended to reduce red tape while addressing concerns about fuel, food security and water impacts. He also visited contaminated sites and listened to local calls for faster cleanup of the West Lake Landfill superfund site. First Alert 4
- ➤ National Weather Service employees are tracking 13 tornadoes that touched down in Missouri on March 14 as they confirm damage reports. - ➤ The Sachs library in Chesterfield will be replaced with a new 20,700-square-foot building that is 5,000 square feet larger than the old one. Officials say the $8 million project will break ground in late 2025 and open in early 2027—using funds from a TIF agreement—while adding new spaces like a coffee shop and improved meeting areas.
