- ➤ St. Louis County Library will start construction on the new Guy and Judy Jaffe Family Branch in February when the Samuel C. Sachs Branch closes on Jan. 31; the (20,700 sqft) facility will include a Goshen Coffee Cafe and an outdoor reading garden and will open in 2027. West Newsmagazine
