Ron King - organizer (difficulty 1 out of 5). Part 1: Admin issues - Name, good news, plan for the day, and photos Part: 2: Five minutes of skipping - we are going to work to set the St Louis record for the most people skipping at the same time. Skipping is good for fast twitch muscles and balance. Part 3: Join us for a trek in Forest Park. Good fellowship, fresh air, and a fun outside activity.

• Meeting location: Visitor Center

• Hiking time / length : Game day call, but shoot for about one and a half hours. We expect 3 to 5 miles depending on hikers’ preferences

• Surface: We expect to hike on blacktop or dirt paths (also game day call)

• Dress: Layers and good walking shoes

• Food and drink: Bring some water and snacks

• Parking: Should be plenty of free parking near by

• Rest rooms : Yes
