About this event
This year LuSo OnStage is proud to present their first MainStage production of the classic story Charles Dicken’s A Christmas Carol. Watch this story come to life in this heartwarming tale of redemption, generosity, and the true meaning of Christmas. Come be immersed in Victorian England, in the foggy streets of London, as our actors sing carols that enhance our story and dances that transport us to the fire filled chimneys of long ago.
The Ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future take Scrooge on a journey of his life, and allow him to reflect on the decisions and choices he’s made. He is forced to confront the loneliness of his past, witness the joy and hardship of those around him, and to glimpse a future of things to come if he does not change his ways.
This year's performance is truly one to be remembered, as we’ve cast not only our students, but members of our Lutheran and educational community. 60+ years separates our oldest to our youngest actor, showing us that Christmas is a time we can all look at fondly, regardless of it being through the eyes of a child, or a grandfather.
