Absolute Beginners Hip Hop

Do you feel like you need to walk through the basics of hiphop? Would you say you have 2 left feet? Come build yourself from the ground up! In Absolute beginner Hip Hop, we focus on the basics. Namely Bounce Rock and Groove. Class will cover basic footwork and understanding each part of our body as it relates to movement. Learn to understand movement and get comfortable with your body! Take the first step with me as your guide! Wear something you are comfortable moving in that allows full range of motion. Class can be taken barefoot or in socks. Socks with a higher cotton content are the most compatible with our marley floor.
