Thirty-eight First Ladies and partner organizations are committed to bringing you one of the most significant family screening events of the year! Join us as we discuss some of the most pressing health issues affecting our community, including diabetes prevention, gut health, the rise of colon cancer among younger adults, prostate cancer and practical ways to reduce your risk.
FREE lifesaving screenings and vaccines include:
• Breast, prostate, and colorectal cancer screenings
• Mammogram appointments: Call 800-600-3606 (Walk-ins are welcome; appointments are preferred)
• Healthy heart and diabetes screenings
• Blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, hemoglobin A1C and glucose
• Flu vaccinations
• Head, neck and dental screenings
• Eye examinations
