Elementary Workshop: Growing Deep Roots

About this event

Designed for grades 3–5, this free workshop invites students to explore the exhibition Carolina Caycedo: Growing Deep Roots. Through guided gallery tours, students will consider how Caycedo activates her voice and creative practice to address environmental concerns. Then, students will respond creatively to the exhibition’s themes through discussions and an extended, hands-on art-making workshop, connecting the exhibition’s environmental themes with personal experiences.

Transportation and lunch assistance are available. To register your class, please schedule a visit and insert “Student Workshop” into the comment section. Please contact Latausha Cox at cox.l@wustl.edu with any questions.
